Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unassembled, with all original packaging and hardware parts intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Original outbound shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@fmhotu1341.com. All returns must be sent to our Amazon FBA warehouse address, please email us to get the valid return address before sending back items.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at support@fmhotu1341.com.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Customized machined hardware, cut-to-size metal parts, clearance sale items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or compressed gas fittings cannot be returned. Opened, scratched, installed hardware products are non-refundable. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to get replacement hardware is to return the eligible item you have, and once the return is approved, place a new separate order for the replacement parts.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, funds will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note banks or credit card providers may take extra processing time to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@fmhotu1341.com.
