Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage We only ship orders to addresses within the United States. We do not deliver to international territories, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses. All orders are fulfilled by Amazon MCF FBA warehouses located in the US.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Standard shipping takes 2–5 business days after your payment is confirmed. All delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carrier, weather, or force majeure are not our responsibility. Once goods are handed over to the logistics carrier, the ownership and risk of loss of products transfer to customers.

3. Shipping Fees Shipping cost will be displayed clearly at checkout based on your order weight and delivery zone. Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable if you return items.

 4. Order Processing & Inventory Orders will be dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment verification. Inventory depends on the actual stock of Amazon FBA warehouses. We reserve the right to cancel orders if goods are out of stock, and we will notify you via email.

5. Tracking Information After shipment, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email. You can also check delivery status in your FMhotu customer account or Shop App.
